Do you only advise, or can you implement the work?
Both. The first phase establishes what is worth doing and what must be true. Strathmark can then implement a bounded workflow directly, coordinate specialist partners or independently oversee an existing supplier.
Do we need to know which AI tool we want?
No. Tool choice follows the workflow, data, security and ownership requirements. Starting with a preferred platform can be useful context, but it should not decide the business case.
How quickly can we start?
A focused review is normally the first step. Timing depends on access and scope, but the aim is to reach a useful decision quickly without pretending that a rushed implementation is lower risk.
